These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BeeMaids website and the cleaning services we provide in Greater Ottawa and surrounding areas. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Services
BeeMaids provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and related add-on services. Service scope is based on the package, estimate, or written agreement confirmed at booking.
Quotes and pricing
Online estimates are provided for convenience and may be adjusted after an in-home assessment or if property conditions differ materially from the information submitted. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time, including entry instructions, parking details, and disclosure of hazards (pets, alarms, fragile areas, or special restrictions). If we cannot access the property, a reschedule or fee may apply.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or lockouts may incur a fee up to the full value of the scheduled service.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address the concern at no additional charge, subject to the scope of the original booking.
Payment
Payment terms are provided at booking. Late or returned payments may result in suspension of future service until the account is settled.
Liability
BeeMaids carries appropriate insurance for our operations. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, improperly secured items, or valuables not disclosed or removed prior to service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
Website use
You may not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information through our forms. Content on this site is owned by BeeMaids and may not be copied without permission.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
