A plan for the space you have
What Help May Involve.
Whether the priority is one room or a whole property, we begin by understanding what needs to change. The work depends on the property's condition and the scope we agree together.

Property & Safety Assessment
We start by reviewing access, the areas affected and any known hazards to understand whether BeeMaids can help or specialist support is needed.

Careful Sorting
Identify belongings to keep, review, donate or discard. Removal decisions require the appropriate consent and agreed instructions.

Removal Planning
Discuss the volume of material, disposal arrangements and whether the work should happen in stages. Any specialist requirements are confirmed before work is accepted.

Cleaning & Final Review
Once areas are safely cleared, agreed surfaces can be cleaned and remaining belongings organized. The completed work is reviewed against the plan.
For individuals, families, estate representatives, property managers and support professionals.
Getting started
A Few Details. Then a Conversation.
Your request goes to a BeeMaids team member for review. You can ask for help while permissions or other details are still being clarified.
Request an AssessmentShare your situation
Tell us what you know about the property and what you would like help with. Photos are optional, and “not sure” is a useful answer.
Our team reviews your request
A team member follows up to discuss access, permissions and possible hazards. A property visit or specialist assessment may be needed.
Agree on the next step
If BeeMaids can accept the project, we confirm the scope, exclusions, price and required permissions before any work is scheduled.
Will my belongings be thrown away?
No belongings should be removed without the required consent. Items to keep, review, donate or discard are agreed upon with the appropriate person before removal.
Can I arrange help for someone else?
Yes, you can enquire for a family member, estate or property you manage. Permission to enter the property and authority to make decisions about belongings must be clarified before work begins. We also agree on who needs to be available during sorting.
What if there is mould, animal waste or another hazard?
Tell us what you already know; you do not need to inspect the property yourself. Biohazards, mould, pests, sharps and structural concerns may require qualified specialists. These services are not automatically included, and cleaning alone cannot guarantee that a property is safe to occupy.
How long does cleanup take?
That depends on the areas affected, sorting decisions, access and any specialist work needed. Some projects can be planned in stages. We discuss timing after reviewing the property and proposed scope.
How much does hoarding cleanup cost?
Pricing depends on the amount of sorting and removal, labour, disposal arrangements and the condition of the property. A team member reviews these details before a property-specific estimate is prepared; the assessment request does not generate an instant price.
